Very good products.

The application is great but the website otlob.com is shiiiiiiit since the update

Used to work great until I installed it on my iPhone 5s...it wont login!!

Brilliant app, makes ordering delivery a breeze!

The app used to be much better before the company was taken over. It is now more difficult to navigate through menus, the filters dont reflect local food.

Everything is perfect and it makes ordering food a rather easy process, they just need to add more restaurants.

The last app was so much better, it had the option to edit and put separate comments on every individual item in the order. For example if I wanted no cheese on the sandwich and extra sauce with my nuggets, I would put each comment next to each item. But now it only gives you the option to put one comment on the whole order. And they also made it very difficult and annoying if you want to cancel an order you have to contact a customer service representative, while in the old app you can just click cancel order. The update for the app made the appearance better but practicality much much worse. And the same applies to their website otlob.com with its update.

Order gets cancelled 3 times in a row!! Without explanation. Very bad

I used this website (app) years ago and the service was really good. I started using them again and made 5 orders on this app in the last 3 weeks. - One order was delivered after 3 hours. Although I was promised 45 minutes. - Another one was not even submitted to the restaurant although the app sent me a message saying the order is on its way and i waited 1.5 hours. When the order was late i submitted a request to the app and I was notified that someone from customer service will call me in 10 minutes but it never happened. Then i called the restaurant because the app doesnt have a number to call (only emails). I ended up cancelling the order after 2 hours! In both situations i think that the owners of this app should have been more strict with the service provided by the restaurants and stop listing restaurants in areas where they wont fulfill the service as promised.

Ive been using this service for years now , every time the restaurant fails me otlob customer service takes care of everything,Keep going the good work otlob J
