The App was great before the latest update, which doesnt show a lot of menus.

Update: The new upgrade is horrible! - We cant track orders properly like before " All orders are with "قيد التشغيل" state even after days and days of the delivery. - unable to edit/cancel any order - Cant add comments to specific items like we used to before! You have to set your application to the level of your service. I regret everytime i use it. ------ I randomly get multiple crashes while picking my order, and also I always get a "Sorry, try again later" when placing my order. I hope you fix that soon, since your functionality have proved excellence for a while. Thanks

With all due respect to everyone here giving any good reviews to Otlob, the new application is unbelievably horrid. I have rarely written a review for an app. but the experience i’m having is the worse so far. The app is laggy, riddling to say the least in the menu and YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER! I have to contact the love chat on my laptop to cancel or edit an order. Honestly GET THE OLD APP BACK! you will lose customers when they do not get the service they expect.

I like this app, and it usually works well. I wish more restaurants would join with full menus.

Simply the old application is better than the new one

The old version was much better and easier this one is so awkward I use now kazaorder sometimes but Im attached to Otlob been a user since its launch and wish you enhance or deploy back the old version

Great app needs more restaurants and customer support sometimes fails to respond and isnt easy to contact

This update makes me worry every time Im about to use the app. I like the way you choose sizes/extras .. I like the general UI. Other than that, I dislike everything else. The UX, the Ugly Ads, The "No Cancel Order" issue, lots of work needs to be done. So, no.

the new update is perfect, makes everything easier to order.

Lovely, absolutely convenient, but maybe delivery takes a little more time than when ordering through the telephone, but overall just great.

I had troubles with some restaurants that dont deliver to my area , but with this app and services, I dont have any troubles with ordering from any my favorite restaurants , Thank you!
