From bad to worse

With all due respect to everyone here giving any good reviews to Otlob, the new application is unbelievably horrid. I have rarely written a review for an app. but the experience i’m having is the worse so far.
The app is laggy, riddling to say the least in the menu and YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER!
I have to contact the love chat on my laptop to cancel or edit an order.
Honestly GET THE OLD APP BACK!
you will lose customers when they do not get the service they expect.
