Otlob ابسط طريقة تطلب بيها أكلك من بين كل المطاعم إللي حواليك، إحنا متأكدين إن الأكل متعة ولازم تكمل إنك تطلبها بأسهل وأبسط طريقة ممكنة، عشان كده بدأنا من سنة 99 ولسة مكملين في إننا نبني أكبر تجمع لكل المطاعم إللي بتقدم الأكل إللي بتحبه اون لاين، وقدرنا نكسب ثقة أكتر من 1,000,000 أكيل في مصر اختاروا انهم يستخدموا اطلب عشان يسهل عليهم طلب الأكل.
الفكرة بسيطة وهي إننا بنوفر للأكيلة في مصر أكبر تجمع من المطاعم إللي بتقدم كل الأكلات والاطباق إللي بيحبوها، وسهلنا عملية الطلب وبقت اون لاين، يعني هتشوف منيو المطعم، وتختار الأكلة إللي بتحبها وكمان لو حابب اضافات عليها وتدفع كاش او فيزا وكل يوم عروض وتخفضيات والأهم من كل ده من غير ولا مكالمة تليفون واحدة. يعني هتعمل الاوردر بتاعك في ثواني.

Its always good to see such brilliant ideas in Egypt. You are doing a great job.
Everything is perfect and it makes ordering food a rather easy process, they just need to add more restaurants.
Ive been using this service for years now , every time the restaurant fails me otlob customer service takes care of everything,Keep going the good work otlob J
Awesome app i hate calling to speak in Arabic. And I get to choose other options. Wish other places cld be added
Lovely, absolutely convenient, but maybe delivery takes a little more time than ordering through the telephone, but overall just great.
Its a great application, but needs some minor adjustments: I ordered Burger king, 3 combos but could not choose different drinks I can only choose one drink for all 3 combos. Plus we need more restaurants on the application. Thank you,

Some bad moments

Used to work great until I installed it on my iPhone 5s...it wont login!!
Order gets cancelled 3 times in a row!! Without explanation. Very bad
After the last update, the SMS verification code is not working, I receive no SMS.
Theres No Action Taken Against Restaurants Upon Late Delivery or Complaints so Theres No Customer Satisfaction
Inability to send comments on specific items or the order is very annoying
Used to be a good app. Now it takes them 40 mins to confirm your order even then you have to follow up on chat and then they confirm. Staff is lazy and not doing their job. Chat not working properly either you cant see your lines only responses. Management needs to fix and they should compensate customer when they screw up. Order directly would be easier
